Andy Cush

Andy Cush is a musician and music fan originally from Severna Park, Maryland, and currently residing in Boston. He sings, writes songs, plays a few instruments, and occasionally even “composes.” In his pop-oriented music, melodic hooks and interesting arrangements are generally priorities numbers one and two, sometimes intercut with textural experimentation. His work as a composer retains this interest in melody and texture, with the balance skewed perhaps more towards experimentation.

Andy is a multi-instrumentalist and sometime singer in Hounds and also records and performs under the name Holy Rattlesnakes (sometimes solo, sometimes with a band composed of Psychedelevator all-stars Nate Belasco, Ian Headley, James Staub, and Zack Zukowski)
